Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have diploma of College Studies (DEC) and eight to ten years of experience, depending on the level of the position
Experience: Candidates should have between five and ten years of experience: in management and coaching of a consulting / business development team/ in business development in the financial field

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess an industry-related university certificate or PUB and have nine years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • The candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree related to the industry and have five to seven years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • The candidates should have a Master’s degree and five years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • The candidates should be a mutual fund representative (REC)
  • The candidates should be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or become one within 3-6 months of hiring
  • The candidates should be client-focused, with strong critical thinking skills, decision-making abilities, and a commitment to diversity & inclusion
  • The candidates should possess emotional intelligence, learning agility, managerial courage, and mobilization skills
  • The candidates should excel in partner development, problem-solving, resiliency, and risk management
  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in strategy execution and stress management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch by identifying with their team the expected behaviors and business development activities
  • The candidates should be able to provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager, and the business development support team to develop their skills and support them in their career path
  • The candidates should be able to hire, develop, and manage the performance of their team members
  • The candidates should be able to mobilize the team to ensure a superior customer experience
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that their team members comply with and enforce established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures
  • The candidates should be able to act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (AUMR) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (SCRs)
  • The candidates should be able to develop a lasting relationship with the branch’s customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention
  • The candidates should be able to optimize service quality to small businesses, aligning advisor allocation with the branch’s market potential
