Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in livestock combination farming and be familiar with other miscellaneous crop farming practices
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and be prepared for physically demanding work
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for various tasks and have good hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should pay attention to detail in their work and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as required, manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work hours, and walk for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in adapting to different situations and exercise good judgment in decision-making processes
- The candidates should maintain an organized approach to their work and be reliable in fulfilling their duties
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others, and uphold strong values and ethics
- The candidates should be quick learners, able to grasp new concepts and tasks efficiently
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas, clear fields of wood and stones, and clean the work area
- The candidates should be able to cut horticultural crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, and remove manually all suckers and water sprouts
- The candidates should be able to shear and shape trees and plants with a knife, weed, and fertilize and spray crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
