Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience executing integrated marketing campaigns from brief to idea execution

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to partner with incredible creative talent to find new ways for these brands to reach consumers and able to think differently about how we advertise and encourage others to do the same
  • The candidates should be able to own breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business and able to lead end-to-end creative strategy and own the creative brief for external collaborators
  • The candidates should be able to identify the best creative territory/big idea for development and lead agency discussions, owning feedback to lead agency
  • The candidates should be able to think strategically and holistically across the full marketing mix, with a specific focus and passion on emerging platforms
  • The candidates should be able to approve the research framework for creative development and influence category marketing, central marketing, consumer insights, sales, finance, and agency partners to take creative ideas and activations from concept to reality
  • The candidates should be able to lead discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership
  • The candidates should be able to lead a full cross-agency team (creative, social, media, PR) to bring ideas to life and extend campaigns across relevant channels
  • The candidates should be able to advocate for a deep comprehension of the consumer and use consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy
  • The candidates should be able to assess data analysis to inform strategies and assess in-market results to drive business objectives and able to deliver creative work and activations on time and on budget
