Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a minimum three-year diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting
Experience: Candidates should have at least three years of business, budgetary, or administrative experience, preferably in a post-secondary institution

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate experience working in an academic setting and familiarity with College-specific IT systems
  • The candidates should have proficiency in using Workday, Adaptive Planning, and Excel,  exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assist the Finance Manager in coordinating and developing the operating and capital budgets
  • The candidates should be able to provide support for the year-end financial process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • The candidates should be able to deliver financial and analytical assistance across various school activities, including contract management, Early Learning Centre operations, and academic program budgeting
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and analyze capital equipment acquisition and provide insights for decision-making
  • The candidates should be able to monitor enrolment projections and provide data-driven recommendations for planning
  • The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with financial policies while supporting special projects and program initiatives
  • The candidates should be able to prepare detailed financial reports and documentation to support administrative and academic goals
  • The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to support the School’s operations and strategic objectives
