Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in 3 to 4 years of business analysis experience

  • The candidates should have experience in performing comprehensive analysis and making recommendations

  • The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Project Management and Risk Management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to meet project needs
  • The candidates should be able to document all artifacts of the requirement management process, including business process models, use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, process flows, and data elements
  • The candidates should be able to obtain signoff for all Requirement Management deliverables
  • The candidates should be able to manage assigned work packages against timelines and within scope and budget, making recommendations on corrective actions if deliverables are at risk
  • The candidates should be able to actively manage client expectations on work packages and projects overall when supporting in a project management capacity
  • The candidates should be able to build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements and prepare and validate solution design documents
  • The candidates should be able to work with business and process engineering to provide continuous improvement and maintain a high level of quality in all deliverables, processes, and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to develop and manage relationships with multiple businesses, segments, project managers, technology partners, and external partners
  • The candidates should be able to research existing policies, procedures, methodologies, and systems to identify changes needed to support revised processes and ensure documentation of business and system requirements meets industry best practices
