Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field or a completed Master’s degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field

  • The candidates should have successfully completed the Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) course or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), or be required to complete it within 6 months of hiring

  • The candidates should have French language skills, which is considered an asset

  • The candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to drive results
  • The candidates should possess high emotional intelligence, empathy, and humility

  • Responsibilities:
  • The candidates should be able to proactively initiate sales and business development contacts according to activity targets
  • The candidates should be able to actively participate in the business development of the territory to meet sales objectives/targets
  • The candidates should be able to create, execute, and evaluate ongoing sales campaigns
  • The candidates should be able to ensure high-quality client service and interactions with branch Advisors and Planners
  • The candidates should be able to lead training sessions to remain an effective resource person in terms of both products and the market in general
  • The candidates should be able to work as a team with other sales associates and managers to share ideas and increase overall sales success
