Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should possess an industry-related bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience OR an industry-related master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have five years of relevant experience

  • The candidates should have experience in stakeholder management, particularly as part of a large-scale program
  • The candidates should have experience in regulatory projects and facilitating workshops, preferably in the banking or financial field
  • The candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and proficiency in Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
  • The candidates should have knowledge of Master Data Management as an asset
  • The candidates should demonstrate curiosity, flexibility, and open-mindedness
  • The candidates should have expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies, particularly in the context of banking
  • The candidates should be familiar with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and possess skills in Business Impact Analysis, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process Mapping
  • The candidates should have experience in Change Management, effective Communication, and Data Analysis
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to influence others, conduct Information Analysis, and be proficient in using JIRA
  • The candidates should have strong listening skills, along with knowledge of Master Data and experience in meeting facilitation

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to understand business issues and identify consumers’ data needs in order to support the realization of their projects
  • The candidates should be able to understand the business processes of the various projects assigned to them and document their business needs and processes
  • The candidates should be able to provide information to understand, interpret, and influence customer and employee experience guidance and practices, integration and interpretation of source system data
  • The candidates should be able to work in collaboration with different IT teams and business lines
  • The candidates should be able to respond to stakeholders’ requests and ensure the provision of solutions as well as their satisfaction through the quality of the services offered
  • The candidates should be able to perform feasibility analyses, scope projects to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate product functionality
  • The candidates should be able to diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of problems while ensuring the implementation of permanent corrections with a view to continuous improvement
  • The candidates should be able to review and remediate requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution
  • The candidates should be able to participate in ensuring the adequacy of solutions, technological architecture elements, and functional analysis elements in line with our business principles
  • The candidates should be able to raise awareness among stakeholders of the required change management efforts and support projects in the preparation of final acceptance testing strategies and plans
