Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a supervisory role
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a good knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- The candidates should have a good knowledge of Excel and SAP experience
- The candidates should demonstrate good communication and coaching skills
- The candidates should exhibit good organizational skills, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to support the planning of the warehouse activities, optimizing resources, and executing processes
- The candidates should be able to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain a positive and safe work environment while respecting values and business ethics
- The candidates should be able to plan and prioritize the warehouse activities pertaining to the specific area (reception, storage, and expedition)
- The candidates should be able to manage the individual KPIs of his team (CVP audit and follow-up) and able to lead team meetings to communicate the evening plan (lifts and trans-pallets drivers, and containers)
- The candidates should be able to propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and solve problems
- The candidates should be able to run reports many times a night to follow up on action plans, gaps like missing boxes, pick and put priorities
- The candidates should be able to check on price errors and issue CVP reports, communicate action plans, and decide on evening shift priorities
- The candidates should be able to conduct research on SAP as needed and address discrepancies and able to promote best practices and compliance with Health and Safety norms
- The candidates should be able to prepare and participate in the transition meeting between the day and evening team – ensuring all information is passed on to the day shift
- The candidates should be able to coach and develop team members and able to develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, CVP meetings and enter in UTRACK
- The candidates should be able to prepare picks for the next day and conduct audits on CDI process
