Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language

  • The candidates should be highly adaptable and flexible to support a 24/7 operation and work shifts and adapt to flexible schedule changes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to anticipate employees’ and customers’ needs, and be readily available to address them
  • The candidates should be able to act as a coach, motivating and engaging frontline ambassadors and immediate teams to build a positive, high-performing group
  • The candidates should be able to handle disciplinary investigations and meetings, including labour relations issues and perform coach rides to ensure service consistency
  • The candidates should be able to act as a point of contact for focus flights, resolving controllable issues on the spot and collaborate with IFS Training and Customer Experience teams to identify areas requiring additional training focus
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a subject matter expert on specific routes and liaise between employees and the company
  • The candidates should be able to provide findings and recommendations to management on service compliance, performance management, and continuous improvement
  • The candidates should be able to manage and coordinate activities to ensure safety and operational standards are met and brief cabin crew on product expectations and the corporate vision during flight briefings
  • The candidates should be able to engage frontline ambassadors in corporate image compliance before boarding and onboard the aircraft
  • The candidates should be able to communicate the rationale behind company policies, procedures, and products onboard and during layovers
  • The candidates should be able to assist with irregular operations, STOC operations, and any other contingencies set by Airports, government regulators, and Air Canada
