Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to hire, train, direct, and motivate staff, and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to plan and direct research, and plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
  • The candidates should be able to direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies and represent the company within various economic and social organizations
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service
