Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience is required for the candidates
Experience: Candidates should have Category Management experience and/or progressive growth in a relevant cross-functional role, preferably in a Seasonal business

- The candidates should have strong business acumen skills are required, with demonstrated expertise in retail marketing, consumer trends, and inventory management

- The candidates should have strong people management skills are necessary, with a demonstrated ability to develop others
- The candidates should exhibit superior leadership skills and presence, along with a highly developed sense of accountability, passion, and a track record for delivering results
- The candidates should have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a regular ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders
- The candidates should have the ability to travel 2 – 4 weeks per year
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to act as the subject-matter expert for the Toys portfolio
- The candidates should be able to develop a broad categorical understanding of its relative consumer trends, competitive & market analysis, and CTR store executional nuances and requirements, with financial accountability for the category through adherence to predefined CTR strategy objectives and guidelines
- The candidates should be able to support assortment analysis and development on SKU lines
- The candidates should be able to set and deliver against categorical assortment plans, evolving to customer-centric measures
- The candidates should be able to plan, execute, and deliver the line review process, including approval of assortment and pricing plans, vendor trip planning and execution, vendor relationship/negotiation, and overseeing timeline delivery
- The candidates should be able to recommend action plans for item discontinuation and pricing
- The candidates should be able to define and execute against categorical promotional plans, including promotional item selection and offer to deliver against plans and financial objectives
- The candidates should be able to provide content for store education on product/process education
- The candidates should ensure adherence to CTR promotional and pricing strategies
- The candidates should be able to develop, mentor, guide, and coach Category Business Analysts by setting clear performance objectives and providing ongoing and timely feedback
