Salary: $50.00 to $65.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Location: Kelowna, BC

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Database, Inventory control software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should excel in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and managing a substantial workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized and team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • The candidates should be able to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • The candidates should be able to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
