Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of an Office Administration Diploma (equivalencies will be considered)
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative support services to the Early Learning and Child Development Division under the leadership of the Regional Managers
  • The candidates should be able to screen, channel, and respond to inquiries from both internal and external clients
  • The candidates should be able to track receipt of incoming and outgoing correspondence and distribute it to appropriate individuals
  • The candidates should be able to monitor and ensure timely responses to correspondence
  • The candidates should be able to prepare purchase requisitions for equipment and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to ensure materials are received in good working order and distribute them to appropriate personnel
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate travel and accommodations
  • The candidates should be able to organize meetings, prepare information packages and agendas, and take meeting minutes
  • The candidates should be able to determine inventory levels and place orders for office supplies.
  • The candidates should be able to perform filing, invoice processing
