Job Description:

Position: Office administrator
No of Vacancies: 1
Salary: $28.85 hourly for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and policies
  • The candidates should be capable of delegating tasks to office support staff and overseeing their work
  • The candidates should establish work priorities, ensure adherence to procedures, and meet deadlines effectively
  • The candidates should oversee and coordinate various administrative activities within the establishment
  • The candidates should plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and security
  • The candidates should assist in preparing operating budgets, maintaining inventory, and implementing budgetary controls
  • The candidates should compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • The candidates should oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
