Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a diploma in Office Administration
Experience: Candidates should have experience in office administration practices
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to exchange information effectively and the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- The candidates should demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and handle stress effectively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in front-line client service and experience working with an electronic Records Management System
- The candidates should possess knowledge of office administrative practices and knowledge of information and records management practices and records management systems
- The candidates should have front-line client service skills, exhibit professionalism in all interactions and recent and satisfactory enhanced security clearance
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work in the Victim Services Program as the first point of contact for clients reporting to the office
- The candidates should be able to answer the phone, enter referrals and other information into an electronic database, and prepare documents for court
- The candidates should be able to maintain accurate record keeping and information management
- The candidates should be able to maintain paper files and liaise with government agencies and departments
- The candidates should be able to respond to general inquiries and perform other assigned clerical and administrative duties
