Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be aware of and able to handle potentially dangerous conditions
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in dusty environments and be able to work in both hot and cold/refrigerated conditions
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks, have experience in handling heavy loads, and be physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, be able to stand for extended periods, and capable of walking for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to feed and tend to animals
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
