Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate

  • The candidates should be able to assist clients with their everyday banking needs, serving as a trusted RBC ambassador and adding value during pivotal moments in clients’ financial journeys
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with RBC partners to assist clients in achieving their financial goals, whether by demonstrating digital banking features, onboarding new clients, or referring complex opportunities to specialized colleagues
  • The candidates should be able to utilize their expertise to create meaningful and memorable client experiences, ultimately driving client satisfaction and loyalty to RBC
  • The candidates should be able to proactively engage with clients both within the branch and in the community, identifying banking needs, providing assistance and advice, and recognizing sales and referral opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize client education and demonstration, utilizing technology to deliver an exceptional client experience, enhance sales, and retain business
  • The candidates should be able to promptly respond to client-initiated contact, supporting them with a comprehensive range of financial transactions
  • The candidates should be able to actively listen to clients and engage in conversations to gain deeper insights into their individual needs
