Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

  • The candidate should be able to engage with clients, assisting them in managing their accounts and products, with a focus on delivering a meaningful client experience
  • The candidate should be able to adept at problem-solving, actively listening, asking questions, and demonstrating empathy to understand the client’s perspective. Act like an owner by taking accountability for client issues and collaborating with others to create better solutions
  • The candidate should be able to become a technology expert, sharing their knowledge by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and helping them better manage their banking needs
