Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the area of program/project design, delivery and evaluation or training and development/adult learning in a competitive business environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong project management/administrative experience with demonstrated decision-making skills, detailed planning, and ownership of programs/projects
- The candidates should have client relationship development and management experience
- The candidates should be experienced in leading a team, working with senior-level executives, and speaking in front of a group
- The candidates should possess strong computer knowledge using MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various databases including Access
- The candidates should have highly developed organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to anticipate potential issues and resolutions
- The candidates should have sound knowledge of budget development and management
- The candidates should be team players, working collaboratively across teams
- The candidates should have a strong client service orientation with sensitivity to various levels of expectations from program participants, faculty, staff, and suppliers, and an understanding of the business development process with the ability to identify sales opportunities
- The candidates should possess strong communication (oral and written) and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with various stakeholders
- The candidates must be able to multi-task and manage the preparation and delivery of multiple programs with sound judgment, calm demeanor, and professionalism under pressure and stress
- The candidates should have experience working with learning management systems, which would be an asset
- The candidates should be communicators, efficient, and multi-taskers
- The candidates should possess a positive attitude and be problem solvers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and partners of strategic importance
- The candidates should be able to coordinate tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- The candidates should be able to conduct detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes to inform program planning activities
- The candidates should be able to implement program improvements and maintain program standards
- The candidates should be able to analyze service delivery and/or internal processes and recommend improvements
- The candidates should be able to conceptualize, organize, and execute program activities
- The candidates should be able to liaise with colleagues to encourage the use of best practices and consistent programming
- The candidates should be able to prepare detailed budgets and supporting financial documentation
