Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor of Computer Science, Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of experience in Cloud RAN
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have domain experience in Cloud, RAN, and Embedded Development
- The candidates should possess product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
- The candidates should demonstrate business understanding and the ability to work with people and network effectively
- The candidates should excel in innovating, adapting, and responding to change
- The candidates should have a track record of delivering results and meeting customer expectations, along with strong planning and organizing skills
- The candidates should be proficient in computer languages such as C++, Golang, and Yang
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain products (units, nodes, networks, systems, and solutions) for Ericsson’s 5G RAN networks
- The candidates should be able to perform all development activities including requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support, and product documentation
- The candidates should be able to work with Lean and Agile methodologies
- The candidates should be able to organize in cross-functional development teams where continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing are part of the daily work
- The candidates should be able to drive strategic technical leadership
- The candidates should be able to perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
- The candidates should be able to develop and test high-quality products
- The candidates should be able to perform troubleshooting and customer support
- The candidates should be able to drive continuous improvements of products and processes
- The candidates should be able to develop competence in the technical domain
