Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and adapting to changing priorities
  • The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results
  • The candidates should be prepared to work under tight deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet time constraints
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients
  • The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently
  • The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • The candidates should be able to plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, and select trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
  • The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and develop and implement quality control programs
  • The candidates should be able to develop risk management plans, oversee the analysis of data and information, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and prepare reports
