Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, and select trade subcontractors and coordinate their activities
- The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets, direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and develop and implement quality control programs
- The candidates should be able to develop risk management plans, oversee the analysis of data and information, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and prepare reports
