Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Construction specialization: Driveways, Industrial, Commercial and Institutional, Residential, Sidewalks, and Curbs
Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats, carriage grease machine, moles, curbing machine, concrete vibrators, screeds, power-driven floats, bushing guns, reciprocating saws, circular saws, concrete saws, mortar and concrete mixers, pumpcretes, beltcretes, grinding machine, grouting machine, chippers, jackhammers, air compressors, nail guns, drills, augers, trampers (Jumping Jack), torches, small front end loaders, chain saw, compactor, forklift, sandblasters, and sledgehammer 
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and able to work at heights if necessary
• The candidates should be tolerant of noisy working conditions and able to work in dusty environments and tolerate working in hot conditions
• The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work effectively under pressure
• The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks and able to meet tight deadlines
• The candidates should possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks and be capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads as required and demonstrate attention to detail in their work
• The candidates should exhibit hand-eye coordination and be willing to work overtime when required
• The candidates should be able to discriminate between sounds as necessary and be comfortable with sitting for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and more than 45 kg (100 lbs) if necessary

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• The candidates should be able to clean and lubricate cranes, mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and level earth to fine-grade specifications
• The candidates should be able to help the medical examiner in charge, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
• The candidates should be able to instruct apprentices, clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work
• The candidates should be able to clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
• The candidates should be able to direct traffic at or near construction sites
