Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Credentials: Provincial or Territorial Teaching Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle large workload
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assign and correct homework
- The candidates should be able to evaluate the progress of students and discuss results with students, parents and school officials
- The candidates should be able to identify childrens’ individual learning needs
- The candidates should be able to participate in staff meetings, educational conferences and teacher training workshops
- The candidates should be able to prepare subject material for presentation according to an approved curriculum
- The candidates should be able to prepare, administer and correct tests
- The candidates should be able to teach students using lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations and field trips
