Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3-7 years’ experience in related field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- The candidates should preferably have an understanding of SAP
- The candidates should preferably have technology experience, including knowledge of tools such as Tableau Prep, SQL, Alteryx, or Python
- The candidates should be results-oriented and detail-oriented
- The candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills
- The candidates should have excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as good negotiation skills
- The candidates should preferably have statistical modeling or forecasting experience
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to deliver key customers’ and internal supply chain targets
- The candidates should be able to conduct data analysis using both internal and customer data to identify and address inefficiencies
- The candidates should be able to drive out unnecessary costs, create efficiencies, and implement process improvements
- The candidates should be able to strategically manage key orders and delivery performance to resolve potential production delays/problems and other supply risks at the item level, troubleshoot no-shows or past due orders to maximize service, and minimize fines
- The candidates should be able to prepare standardized and/or ad hoc reports to support business analysis
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with order status reports and coordinate ship methods
- The candidates should be able to manage master data with customers’ item master and order master
- The candidates should be able to conduct analyses on forecasts/orders to provide insights to improve forecast accuracy, both internally and externally
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with customers on supply chain systems settings at the analyst level
