Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have High school diploma/equivalent or College diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 70 lbs
- The candidates should have the ability to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
- The candidates must be able to operate in a PC windows environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should understand that driving is a core competency for the position
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license (e.g., Class 5, G, or 1[AZ])
- The candidates should have a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide accurate information and assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations
- The candidates should be able to complete and achieve minimum thresholds on any mandatory testing
- The candidates should be able to successfully complete all recurrence training and maintain annual accreditations where applicable
