Landridge Homes Ltd based in Sherwood Park, AB is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Customer service agent. Landridge Homes Ltd is a specialized real estate property development firm which develops single family homes, infills, townhomes, and custom luxury properties throughout Alberta. We have a unique advantage that allows us to do everything from design, build and develop, right through to finished landscaping and maintenance of the site. Through our strategic partnerships we have learned how to decrease production times and increase the quality of goods delivered at an affordable price. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: Day, Evening
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, especially when handling repetitive tasks
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services
- The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain records and statistics
