Salary: $18.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Bonnyville, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail
  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit punctuality and have a strong client focus
  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility
  • The candidates should be organized, exhibit reliability, and be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for refunds and credits, explain the type and cost of services offered, and maintain records and statistics
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, receive credit and employment applications, and receive payments
  • The candidates should be able to sell merchandise
