Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client needs and satisfaction, possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration, and be team players capable of working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • The candidates should demonstrate initiative in taking on tasks and solving problems proactively

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material, and conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • The candidates should be able to access and process information, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, explain the type and cost of services offered, and receive and log complaints
  • The candidates should be able to explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
