Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1 – 3 years of experience in providing financial advice to clients and establishing relationships while achieving performance targets

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be flexible to work our banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends
  • The candidates should be flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance

  • The candidates should be certified professionals (Quebec) with current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing, successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) licensing, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC). It’s an asset if they’ve completed CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course – Quebec (0774) and CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790)
  • The candidates should be certified professionals (MFDA – Ontario) with current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)/Canadian Investments Funds Course (CIFC) and must meet eligibility requirements for MFDA licensing. They should have, or be willing to obtain before their start date, the Designated Financial Services Advisor Designation (DFSA) through the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI)
