Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 4801 32nd St SE Calgary, AB T2B 2X3
Shifts: Day, Overtime


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, and spreadsheet

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position


  • The candidates should be able to access and process information, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and answer inquiries, providing information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, receive payments, and sell merchandise
