Salary: $19.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB & Abbotsford, BC
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Shift, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Various locations, business sector, private sector, tourism, telephone company, and sales
Supervision: Customer service clerk

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset languages: Mandarin, Spanish, and Panjabi
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Type of experience: Call centre, sales, and marketing
Area of specialization: Marketing
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide information to customers
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered
  • The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, maintain records and statistics, and obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services
  • The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
