Salary: $22.00 hourly for 30 hours per 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need 7 months to less than 1 year experience.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be repetitive tasker, could handle heavy loads, and be physically strong.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- The candidate should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidate should be able to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies, and work with minimal supervision
