Salary: $19.25 to $21.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Work Setting: Business sector, Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related industry.
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.
- The candidate should work under pressure.
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication and excellent written communication skill.
- The candidate should be punctual, reliable, and a good team player.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills and able to work with being focused on the client.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to access, process information and arrange for refunds and credits.
- The candidate should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers and also address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- The candidate should be able to receive payments and sell merchandise
