Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need an experience of 1-2 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Word processing software, Database software, Accounting software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Internet, MS Windows
Technical Terminology: Legal, Business
Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Internet access

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail and work with hand-eye coordination
  • The candidate should be able to work for overtime hours
  • The candidate should be able to sit for longer periods

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to receive and register documents for data entry also enter data according to specified format
  • The candidate should be able to transfer data between software also verify accuracy and completeness of data
  • The candidate should be able to store, update and maintain databases also perform backup procedures
  • The candidate should be able to perform general office duties also classify, label and store diskettes/ disks and tapes of data
  • The candidate should be able to create digital records using a scanner also transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
