Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have an education in Computer Science or a similar field, which is preferred
Experience: Candidates should have 10+ years of relevant work experience with Agile, preferably having led large organizational change and transformation initiatives

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be familiar with traditional and Agile operating and delivery models
  • The candidates should have a technical delivery or software development background
  • The candidates should have experience in managing large transformations, building internal knowledge portals, and building products using Adobe Experience Management
  • The candidates should possess strong program management skills with hands-on experience in managing multiple projects

  • The candidates should have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • The candidates should have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all roles on a Scrum team

  • The candidates should possess executive presence with strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • The candidates should have conflict resolution and effective mediation and influencing skills

  • The candidates should have knowledge of and experience with a retail business/technology background
  • The candidates should have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, SAFe® Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSM), or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), or equivalent formal education in Agile
  • The candidates should have specific experience in Agile methodologies such as SAFe
  • The candidates should be laser-focused on serving the needs of the team and stakeholders, creating an environment where the team feels safe to learn and experiment
  • The candidates should be assertive, with the confidence to be the voice of authority without having official authority, and not afraid to do what is best for the team

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage and be accountable for delivering key technical and transformational programs critical to organizational effectiveness and efficiency through developing and delivering tools that help manage knowledge and performance of product and IT delivery across the organization
  • The candidates should be able to manage multiple programs or initiatives, specifically the development of a knowledge portal, rollout of a performance management tool, as well as ongoing development of engineering innovation tools including AI for SDLC
  • The candidates should be able to ensure adherence to agile best practices within the enterprise to help maintain and promote agile management practices and professionalism
  • The candidates should be able to create an environment that facilitates a positive Squad Member experience and provide guidance and management to all members to ensure outcomes are met
  • The candidates should be able to adhere to the Enterprise Project Management Office guidelines concerning project deliverables and funding requirements
  • The candidates should be able to manage delivery of multiple products and efficiency improvement rollout transformation efforts
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate, participate, and collaborate in cross-functional Quarterly Planning events (PI Planning) sessions to raise milestones, issues, dependencies, etc
  • The candidates should be able to create and communicate the planning calendars for Iterations and Releases, coordinate all lead-up activities to the Quarterly Planning Events, and summarize the Quarterly Objectives for visibility and transparency
  • The candidates should be able to support issues that exceed the capability of a Scrum Master to address
  • The candidates should be able to ensure continuous improvement activities are occurring in the team
  • The candidates should be able to create and execute on a retrospective improvement roadmap aligned to overall transformation by analyzing all activities and actions that have previously been performed and finding ways to improve each process
  • The candidates should be able to identify dependencies and determine how to manage those dependencies without impacting the progress of the Delivery Team, and create and maintain the Release Board
  • The candidates should be able to create metrics and tools, or ensure adoption of the Agile COE metrics and tools, to measure success and recognize progress of the team, and identify and utilize beneficial metrics, interpreting them and course correcting
  • The candidates should be able to role-model and teach the team and ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices as documented in the PlayBook
  • The candidates should be able to provide a high level of relationship management, resolving conflicts, and enabling discussions between stakeholders, management, co-workers, and team members with varied interests
  • The candidates should be able to provide continuous monitoring of projects for management oversight by leveraging various Enterprise Project Management Office tools
  • The candidates should be able to refresh internal systems on a timely manner to reflect changes when it comes to project status, RAID, and financials registry
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with the product owner to ensure projects and deliverables, including financials, are in alignment with the overall vision and approved budget
