- The candidates should be able to have a deep affinity for working with apparels, considering it their love language, and have merchandising standards ingrained in their DNA
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate a positive and engaged attitude when interacting with customers and employees
- The candidates should be able to act as ambassadors and leaders of the customer experience, aiming to build relationships with customers and provide mentorship and coaching to ensure a similar approach within the team
- The candidates should be able to coach and develop their department team by setting expectations, maintaining open lines of communication, engaging in continual coaching, offering constructive feedback, and providing ongoing support
