Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Willing to travel
Work setting: Willing to relocate, Relocation costs not covered by employer
Supervision: 1 to 10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and be able to manage a large workload efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess excellent oral communication skills and have excellent written communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work approach and be organized in their work methods
  • The candidates should be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • The candidates should be able to establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • The candidates should be able to establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • The candidates should be able to represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • The candidates should be able to select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions
