Salary: $26,500 to $34,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Asset Language: Tamil
Education: Candidates should have Registered Apprenticeship certificate or have equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Certificate of Conduct and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be non-smoking and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have client focus, demonstrate dependability, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and be flexible
- The candidates should exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer bedside and personal care, administer medications, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- The candidates should be able to assist in regular exercise, assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the householder, and change non-sterile dressings
- The candidates should be able to feed or assist in feeding, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and provide companionship
- The candidates should be able to provide personal care, shop for food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
