Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of efficiently handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should have the physical endurance for tasks that are physically demanding
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as part of their duties
- The candidates should be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should possess strong hand-eye coordination skills
- The candidates should be able to work in hot environments
- The candidates should adhere to a non-smoking policy
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should be a team player, fostering collaboration within the team
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean crops, greenhouses, and work areas
- The candidates should hand-harvest vegetables, apply fertilizers, and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens and plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
