Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Shifts: Day, On Call, Early Morning
Work setting: Construction

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Monitoring and tracking software, word processing software, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment, spreadsheet, internet, and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should prioritize client focus and demonstrate excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication and show flexibility in their approach
  • The candidates should be organized, demonstrate reliability, and be effective team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries, verifying data and resolving any discrepancies
  • The candidates should be able to monitor personnel workloads and locations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing paperwork, and organizing schedules
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, coordinating assignments and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • The candidates should be able to dispatch personnel as required by emergency situations, responding quickly and efficiently to urgent calls for assistance
  • The candidates should be able to follow up on issues with work orders, ensuring that tasks are completed to satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly
  • The candidates should be able to respond to urgent calls from individuals who find themselves in life-threatening situations and who require assistance, providing support and coordinating emergency response efforts
  • The candidates should be able to schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
