Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing and Web Design
Experience: Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, online marketing, web development or web design
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- The candidates should be proficient and passionate about web and internet trends and technology with a focus on E-Commerce
- The candidates should have a general understanding and capabilities within E-Commerce platforms, analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
- The candidates should be proficient in HTML or CSS and knowledge in JavaScript and experience with user testing
- The candidates should have the ability and interest to learn new concepts and software programs
- The candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and stay abreast of online marketing and user experience trends
- The candidates should be self-starters and able to contribute ideas while taking ownership of their decisions and be fluent in English and French
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with creating, scheduling, and maintaining E-Commerce campaigns with internal and external teams
- The candidates should be able to monitor and troubleshoot data feeds and associated issues that may arise with them and communicate with development partners and outsourced vendors
- The candidates should be able to provide recommendations to the content and marketing teams on how best to prioritize and deliver campaign content for the E-commerce channel
- The candidates should be able to contribute to customer experience testing to improve the conversion rate as well as overall experience on-site and monitor online campaign performance through analytics, heatmap, and session capture tools
- The candidates should be able to make improvements to the E-Commerce content management process, providing recommendations for E-commerce and website campaigns
- The candidates should be able to monitor website content quality and consistency using customer feedback, analytics tools, and industry best practices and work with the National Call Centre (NCC) to gain insight into the online customer experience and how it can be improved
- The candidates should be able to work with the Marketing team to leverage available media assets and ensure brand consistency across on-site content and and maintain consistency with the E-Commerce sales strategy
- The candidates should be able to work in Oracle Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite and contribute to other related E-Commerce projects and channels
