Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Credentials: Child development supervisor (ECE level 3), Child development worker (ECE level 2), and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Vulnerable sector check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be experienced in performing repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and show dependability
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should demonstrate interpersonal awareness, exercise good judgment, and exhibit reliability
- The candidates should be a team player, uphold values and ethics, and have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement child-care programs supporting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- The candidates should lead activities such as storytelling, singing, and local outings for children
- The candidates should engage children through storytelling, songs, and crafts
- The candidates should guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should observe children for learning or behavioral issues and prepare reports
- The candidates should discuss children’s progress and issues at staff meetings
- The candidates should be knowledgeable about licensing regulations
- The candidates should establish collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers
- The candidates should plan and maintain a secure and healthy environment for children
