Salary: $18.06 to $35.09 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, however experience is an asset
Credentials: Memberships, Licenses, Courses, Certificate, Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, first Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Vulnerable sector check
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication abilities, and the ability to work well as part of a team
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
- The candidates should be able to order supplies and equipment
- The candidates should be able to assist early childhood educators or supervisors in keeping records
- The candidates should be able to guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
- The candidates should be able to maintain daycare equipment and assist in housekeeping and cooking duties
- The candidates should be able to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
- The candidates should be able to attend staff meetings to discuss the progress and problems of children
