Work setting: Various locations, Relocation costs covered by employer, and Willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights
- The candidates should be capable of working in confined spaces
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should have the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be flexibility and reliability
- The candidates should be effective team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials, clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- The candidates should be able to prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, perform routine maintenance work, and paint small items and apply touch-ups using paint brushes
- The candidates should be able to sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics
- The candidates should be able to apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints
