Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a degree in Planning, Architecture, Engineering and Facilities
Experience: Candidates should have 3 years experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess critical thinking, attention to detail, tactical planning, strong communication, and creative problem-solving skills
  • The candidates should have the ability to learn quickly, take initiative, adapt to changes in a dynamic environment, and collaborate with a team

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to assess and interpret design, planning, and policy information
  • The candidates should have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
  • The candidates should have experience with data analysis and research and experience using ArcGIS, Revit, and SketchUp
  • The candidates should provide proof of qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to collect, document, and interpret service and facility needs at the portfolio level
  • The candidate should be able to consolidate, organize, and interpret facility and service data using analytical tools including Geographic Information System (GIS), AutoCAD, Excel, and Business Objects
  • The candidate should be able to write reports that use data and visualizations to explain complex ideas and recommendations
  • The candidate should be able to research relevant Planning Policy, Building Codes, Land-use bylaws, and other applicable policies and regulations
  • The candidate should be able to conduct site visits to verify and document current conditions
  • The candidate should be able to create and evaluate maps, site plans, floor plans, and other design documentation
  • The candidate should be able to develop and maintain metrics and prioritization criteria for capital projects
