Cactus Exotic Foods is one of the best tropical grocery stores of the town, providing best quality products and services to the customers at a reasonable price. We sell everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, to fresh meat. We have many years of experience in this industry and are well-known to the community. We have efficient and well-trained staffs who help us to run our business smoothly. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Salary: $15.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: 1911 Finch Ave West, North York, ON, M3N 2V2
Shifts: Day, Evening and Weekend
Work setting: Supermarket/grocery store
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of Electronic cash register, Interac machine and Price scanner
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment and also pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be a team player
- The candidate should have accuracy and also an excellent oral communication
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to operate cash register, process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments and also receive payment for goods or services
- The candidate should be able to stock shelves and clean counter area, wrap or place merchandise in bags and also participate in promotional activities
- The candidate should be able to greet customers and also provide customer service
