Shifts: Day, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Rural area and remote location
Work site environment: Candidates should work in organic farming, outdoors, dusty and hot place
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Type of crops: Apples
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, pay attention to detail, distinguish between colours, walk and also for bending, crouching, kneeling
- The candidate should be physically strong
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able for suckering, tying and also weeding
- The candidate should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops and also harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
