Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have post secondary education
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years’ related experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

  • The candidates should be proficient in PC skills and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • The candidates should be familiar with warehouse management systems and transportation management systems

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle stressful situations and manage a high volume of work
  • The candidates should possess good time management skills and attention to detail
  • The candidates should have strong analytical skills, particularly in problem-solving
  • The candidates should display a strong orientation towards customer service
  • The candidates should be capable of working with little or no supervision
  • The candidates should uphold high work standards
  • The candidates should be able to handle a high number of transactions and focus on maximizing profit per transaction
  • The candidates should ensure accurate and timely data entry and information processing
  • The candidates should be responsible for accurate and timely costing and billing for the closing of files
  • The candidates should ensure full compliance with all department processes and requirements to enhance clients’ satisfaction
  • The candidates should be bilingual, with proficiency in two languages.
  • The candidates should have any transportation courses such as Ciffa, CITT, etc., would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to service client inquiries including complaints and delivery information
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the daily completion of the order process and all client requirements
  • The candidates should be able to provide the highest level of service to the client and other company departments in accordance with company policies
