Salary: $16.55 hourly for 40 to 50 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, capable of meeting tight deadlines, and able to handle repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, have a strong attention to detail, possess good hand-eye coordination, and have the ability to distinguish between colors
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and be able to stand for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, fertilize and spray crops, and harvest crops
- The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, as well as examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
