We are known to produce and supply quality products, organic products without any preservatives. Work Site Environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots, Chicken farming, Fruit and vegetable combination farming, Hay farming, Hog and pig farming, Hog management, Layer poultry farming, Livestock combination farming, Organic farming, Other grain farming, Other miscellaneous animal farming, Other vegetables and melon farming (except potato), Wheat farming
Work Setting: Staff accommodation available, Rural area, Willing to relocate
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to work with tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidate should be able to handle heavy loads and pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be able to work with hand-eye coordination and work for overtime hours
- The candidate should be physically demanding and a combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching and kneeling
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills and work in a flexible environment
- The candidate should have judgment skills and work in an organized way
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to perform tasks such as Cleaning crop, Farm animal grooming, Feed inventory, Handling animals, Livestock branding, Mixing fertilizer, Show horse preparation, Soil fertility programs, Weeding
and Hand harvesting vegetables - The candidate should be able to monitor animal health also plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- The candidate should be able to fertilize and spray crops also harvest crops
- The candidate should be able to feed and tend animals also operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidate should be able to milk cows also clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
